Scarlet and Pastels
Pastels are a Baumann family tradition and it continued on Christmas 2011. But we had a new helper in the kitchen this year!
Scarlet was able to add the olives and close the pastry with her fork.
She did a great job helping her Vovo with cooking! We're pretty sure she'll be doing it herself next Christmas.

Good job Scarlet! This is a very important recipe to learn so you can carry on the tradtion when you grow up. I bet they were deeeeeelicious.
