Visiting Baltimore: Everett and a Baby Shower

Everett and I had the chance to attend my cousin VJ and Nicole's baby shower in Baltimore in February and spend a few days visiting in the city.

Everett was one of the few boys in the room at the shower, but still enjoyed the afternoon (thanks to the great food and good company). We were so happy to share in the exciting day. VJ and Nicole have since welcomed a healthy baby boy to their family!

Everett flying the Southwest plane on the ride to Baltimore.

We spent an afternoon at the Inner Harbor and bought a bunch of  books from Barnes & Noble.

The Babe Ruth Museum was in walking distance, so we spent a morning there, and were happy to send pictures to Uncle Mike.

Everett and I discovered a breakfast miracle in downtown Baltimore called Miss Shirley's Cafe. The BEST pancakes ever!

Before we left for the airport, we toured the Taney, a ship that fought in Pearl Harbor. Everett loved this one.

Looks like this was an awesome trip!! So glad you enjoyed it, especially the part where you got to sit in the captains seat on the plane!
